Housing

Saint Meinrad School of Theology does not offer long-term, on-campus housing for lay degree students. Limited residential facilities are available for weekend and intensive courses.

Students may contact the theology administration secretary for special arrangements. Rooms are air-conditioned and have a private bath, private phone line and Internet connection. Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance and require a credit card. Housing charges are billed to a credit card after each stay.

The daily fee is $55 for a single occupancy room; $70 for double occupancy room (limited availability).

Check-in time is 2 p.m.; check-out time is 11 a.m. A 48-hour notice is required on room cancellations to avoid a housing charge. Prices are subject to change.

Meals

Students may arrange for meal tickets through the theology administration secretary and be billed for them along with tuition, or may purchase meals at the cash register in the dining rooms. Special diets may be accommodated for an additional fee.

All charges are subject to change. For information concerning fees, please contact the Business Office.

Postgraduate Discount

Graduates of Saint Meinrad School of Theology are eligible for a 30 percent discount on course tuition. The only restriction is that reduced-tuition courses may not be used toward another degree at our institution. There is no alumni discount for auditing courses.

Payment of Fees

Tuition, fees, and room and board charges must be paid before the end of each term. Students with outstanding account balances will not receive a grade report, be issued transcripts of credit or be allowed enrollment in subsequent semesters unless payment arrangements have been made.
